Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
- Maintain and organize inventory and marketing materials
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Conduct training sessions for new hires on company procedures and best practice
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records
Qualifications
- Excellent team management abilities to motivate and lead staff members
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year work experience in industry or rehabilitation.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
