Position Description:
- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, these are previous customers and people who inquired about our products -- NO COLD CALLS
- Utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers and promote products/services
- Create interest and influence customers to schedule an estimate, using provided script reference
- Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients
- Schedule appointments for a free-estimates for products they have interest in
- Meet and strive to exceed individual and team sales targets
Attend Zoom meetings and coaching sessions
About:
• Pay: $15/hour with Bonuses and Incentives
• Pay increase possible: After probationary period
• Hours: NO WEEKENDS!! Monday thru Friday, 4pm-8pm, schedule may vary

Must-Have:
Have experience with outbound telemarketing or sales calls
Exceptional communication skills, with an innate ability to persuade and negotiate
Reliability and professionalism, with a history of meeting and exceeding goals
Be on point, goal oriented and focused
Ability to work without interuption and distraction
Access to the internet and computer
Ability to use Microsoft Excel and/or Google
