Qualfon Chat Sales and Customer Service Representative in Johnstown, Pennsylvania

What we are looking for:

Call Center Professionals to field inbound calls with customers regarding mobile devices and plans. Professionals with the ability to close the sale through demonstrating features and benefits of our products and services.

What you will be doing:

  • Meet and exceed Sales expectations
  • Highly driven to reach the many incentives and cash commissions
  • Be energized and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, and fun environment
  • Care for your customers, by servicing existing accounts, finding out additional needs, and placing orders for any desired services or products
  • Maintain composure in escalated situations and resolve with proper techniques

Please note in this position you must be able to work on-site at 1003 Broad St Johnstown, PA 15906

What skills you will need:

  • GED or High School Diploma required
  • Previous sales/customer service experience required
  • One year of call center experience strongly preferred
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Computer knowledge in Windows-based application required
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Manages emotions and maintains positive energy
  • Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
