Under the guidance of the Production Scheduler, this position is responsible for executing key order planning processes orders in preparation for production, communicating with Architectural Specialties (AS) Project Coordinators and the CFC group, and supporting plant manufacturing and administrative duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Determine crate size and quantity needed to pack out each order using crating design tool. Manage Third Party Crating Supplier. Prepare truck break out for multiple truckload orders taking into consideration customer pack out requirements as well as truck size/weight limitations. Print carton and crate labels from the AS Specification Portal for all standard orders. Prepare crate contents lists for all premium and custom orders. Use finishing planning file to determine powder and/or film required for each order and populate raw materials to be kitted by production team. Update Ariba with ship date and tracking information for all projects. File all shipment packets and corresponding quality forms monthly. Enter orders into job router app along with detailed instructions for each operation required to manufacture the material. Prepare job router packets for operations team. Publish weekly target shipping schedule. Track on-time delivery.
