High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

[Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for processing through the fax, mail, phone, or computer. Must be familiar with basic keyboarding.]{noto="" sans",="" sans-serif;="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}

[Assists customers with pricing, shipping, and freight information.]{noto="" sans",="" sans-serif;="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}
