Description We are seeking a Business Analyst to become a part of our dynamic manufacturing team. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including managing customer applications, keeping customer records updated, and addressing customer inquiries. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications efficiently and accurately

• Keep customer credit records current

• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly

• Oversee customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Prioritize tasks to meet departmental timelines

• Collect and analyze data, understand situations, and propose solutions

• Exhibit innovative thinking in problem-solving and decision-making

• Proficiently use spreadsheet software and communication tools. Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with the ability to create, manage, and analyze data sets.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word is a necessity, as the role involves drafting and editing business documents.

• Knowledge of Business Process Functions is essential, as the candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

• Experience with Microsoft Teams is a necessity, as the role requires effective communication and collaboration with team members.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint is required, as the role involves managing and sharing documents within the organization. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
