Join one of our elite clients in East Tennessee as a Hand Solderer for a circuit board manufacturer! Enjoy a fantastic schedule and a great working atmosphere. Responsibilities include hand soldering components onto circuit boards, inspecting and testing soldered connections, repairing and reworking defective boards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following detailed work instructions and safety protocols. If you have a keen eye for detail and steady hands, now to become a crucial part of this innovative team!

salary: $16 - $17 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Hand solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).

• Inspect soldered connections for quality and adherence to standards.

• Perform rework and repair on defective boards as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of soldering work performed.

• Maintain soldering tools and equipment in good working order.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Suggest improvements to soldering processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

The essential functions of this role include:

• standing for 8 hours at one time
