Overview
The Senior Access Care Representative is required to perform all duties of an Access Care Representative. Acts as the temporary team leader in the absence of the permanent team lead. The Access Care Representative performs a wide variety of activities related to scheduling, registration, financial compliance and customer support for all services performed at United Health Services. The Access Care areas act as the entry point to UHS. It is the responsibility of an Access Care Representative to represent United Health Services in a caring, professional manner. Accurate and complete data is collected at access points which directly drives the Billing and Health Information Management System.
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with two (2) years experience in similar field
Preferred:
- Associate’s Degree, or 5 years equivalent experience in lieu of degree
License/Certification
Preferred:
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
