Physician Practice Supervisor 1, UHS Wilson Square United Health Services is seeking a Physician Practice Supervisor 1 to join our Radiation Oncology 02 department at UHS Wilson Square in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$21.80 - $32.60 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
Assumes responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates monthly department expense reports, as well as financial, volume, RVU, patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports. Maintains CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Three (3) years relevant medical office experience and one (1) year in a supervisory role or successful completion of UHS Supervisor In Training program.
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
