Summary
Under the general supervision of the Senior Manager, Linkex Systems, the TMS Administrator serves as the site administrator for TMS solutions through user maintenance, security administration, and roles/permissions setup.
Responsibilities
Creates and delivers end user documents and training.
Troubleshoots and conducts root cause analysis of issues and errors.
Assists with carrier and customer onboarding through requirement gathering for design and testing.
Ensures all system and process changes are effectively tested and communicated to the team.
Creates and manages carrier and customer contracts/rate tables to support various pricing initiatives.
Performs additional duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business or Technology
5+ years of experience in the transportation industry
2+ years of experience with MercuryGate TMS
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic project management skills and effective time management
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and proven problem resolution skills
Experience with MercuryGate Easy Click implementation is a plus
Experience with MercuryGate's CARMA carrier management tool
Familiar with MercuryEdge and MOJO optimization tool
Familiar with EDI and XML
