Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with ITSM processes and the CMDB.
- 7+ years in a Software Architecture role at an enterprise scale.
- Expertise in designing and architecting enterprise software solutions, cloud systems, applications, integrations, security, and platform engineering.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions in AWS.
- Proven track record in mentoring and developing Software Engineers and developers in best practices and leadership.
- Strong experience in defining and maintaining Architectural Design Patterns and serving as a key escalation point for technology domains.
- Advanced proficiency in leading Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and utilizing related tools in enterprise environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Application Security principles and 12-factor application development.
- A commitment to embracing diverse perspectives and fostering inclusive environments.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security, both for self and others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Solutions Architect certification
- Solutions Architect
- Software Development Engineer
- Systems Administrator
- ServiceNow Developer or Engineer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of software application development to ensure high quality, availability, and resiliency for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams and clients to gather and define application and business requirements.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for implementation.
- Architect specialized solutions in areas including App/Integration, DevSecOps, Site Reliability, Platform, and Security.
