Responsibilities

  • Visual Concept Development:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine innovative visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Interpret and bring creative briefs to life through effective visual storytelling.

  • Design and Layout:

  • Design and produce TV ads and storyboards, print ads, digital ads, digital and social media assets .

  • Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually engaging, and align with campaign objectives .

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with copywriters and other team members to develop integrated, cohesive creative work .

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative input.

  • Feedback and Refinement:

  • Adapt visuals based on feedback from senior creatives and clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

  • Maintain high design standards, ensuring consistency and attention to detail across all projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field .

  • 1–3 years of experience in art direction or graphic design (agency experience preferred).

  • Portfolio showcasing creative, strategic, and visually impactful work .

  • roficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout .

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
