Responsibilities
Visual Concept Development:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine innovative visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns.
Interpret and bring creative briefs to life through effective visual storytelling.
Design and Layout:
Design and produce TV ads and storyboards, print ads, digital ads, digital and social media assets .
Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually engaging, and align with campaign objectives .
Collaboration:
Work closely with copywriters and other team members to develop integrated, cohesive creative work .
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative input.
Feedback and Refinement:
Adapt visuals based on feedback from senior creatives and clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Maintain high design standards, ensuring consistency and attention to detail across all projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field .
1–3 years of experience in art direction or graphic design (agency experience preferred).
Portfolio showcasing creative, strategic, and visually impactful work .
roficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout .
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
