你的职责：

1. Root cause investigation due to injuries, incidents + Risk assessments

对受伤，事故和风险进行原因分析

2. Safety trainings - Safety knowledge and education/Regularly/Repetetive Safety trainings, Trainings for special themes (LOTO etc, First aid, Fire prevention

安全相关培训

3. Regular Safety walks with leaders etc.

常规的安全巡查

4. Active participation on Safety projects – help to Implement all necessary EHS processes and procedures.

安全项目的参与

5. Emergency preparedness – Fire evacuation drills etc.

应急预案，消防疏散演习

6. Proactive Safety Observation process

7. Incidents reporting – support to leaders

8. Support on R/O assessment and can lead area R/O.

9. Collaborate with area shift leader on BBS activities.

10. Backup EHS BP on area’s EHS activities.
