Description and Requirements
职责描述：
负责Linux内核/Android框架的定制、优化和调试，以提升系统性能和稳定性；
参与Android系统架构的设计和评审，并提出改进意见；
跟踪Android系统内核/框架的最新技术动态，并进行技术预研和评估。
任职要求：
计算机相关专业（计算机科学与技术，通信，软件工程等) ，本科及以上学历；
3年或以上的Android底层开发经验;
深入了解Android操作系统原理、系统架构、底层组件（如HAL、Binder、SurfaceFlinger等）;
熟悉Linux内核开发，包括内核模块加载、内存管理、进程管理等；
对Android Framework层有深入了解，熟悉Android Native服务（System Services）的开发和维护；
熟悉Android性能调优、内存管理、多线程等技术；
具备较强的逻辑分析和问题解决能力，能够迅速定位并解决复杂的技术问题；
具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够迅速掌握新技术和新工具，并应用到实际项目中。
