1. ▪ Develop HCU/components

2. ▪ Tolerance design/calculation

3. ▪ Develop customized parts according to OEM requirement.

4. ▪ Support MK Cx base development activities.

5. ▪ Create design documents for H(E)CU and components develop according to schedule, including drawings, part lists, specifications, etc.

6. ▪ Review component drawing, specification and other related document to support localization

7. ▪ Explain technical problem to supplier during production, remote or on site

8. ▪ Explain technical problem to supplier during sourcing, remote or on site

9. ▪ Review supplier test report and other technical document

10. ▪ Technical interface between FFM and supplier

11. ▪ Summarize localization status on technical side

12. ▪ Plan and order prototype for test

13. ▪ Check test plan and result

14. ▪ Act as interface to customer on mechanical

15. ▪ Participate IPT meeting as mechanical engineer

16. ▪ Prepare system release documents

17. ▪ Support product industrialization

18. At least Bachelor Degree major in automobile or mechanical

19. Know of the structure and theory of the automobile, brake systems and the EBS System

20. Knowledge of MCAD, especially Catia V5.

21. BSD or BLDC development experiences 3 years at least
