Aerotek Order Selector in Jessup, Maryland
Aerotek's client is looking for an Order Selector to join their team in the Jessup, MD area
This role involves supporting the warehouse by filling customer orders. You will be responsible for operating a stand-up forklift and picking approximately 17 lines per hour. The job includes picking materials, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and repeating these tasks throughout the day. The location is upgrading its inventory software to SAP, and you will play a key role in maintaining order accuracy for delivery.
Responsibilities
Pulling orders using RF scanners
Writing up tickets for customers
Entering inventory into SAP
Loading and unloading trucks
Essential Skills
Experience as a forklift driver
Proficiency with inventory management systems, particularly SAP software
Experience working in a warehouse environment
Ability to pull orders efficiently
Stand-up forklift experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of experience with SAP inventory software or a similar system
1+ years of experience in a warehouse/shipping and receiving area
Experience interacting with clients/customers
Ability to handle customer disputes

Work Environment
