Work you'll do:
As a Workday Student Lead, you will:
Identify business requirements, support or lead requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations as it relates to Workday Student Financials
Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of projects
Appeal to wide audiences through clear and succinct written and verbal communication
Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel), presentation creation tools (MS PowerPoint), Internet research tools, etc.

Qualifications
Required:
4 years of consulting or industry experience delivering Workday Student solutions
Experience leading/contributing in at least 1 full life cycle implementation of Workday Student
Knowledge of student accounts/bursar functions, business processes, reporting and touchpoints with other Student Implementation System (SIS) functional areas including Students Admissions, Student Records, and/or Financial Aid
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain Workday Certifications
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work that you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Bachelor's degree
Preferred:
Workday Student Certified
Experience with integration between Student Financials/Accounts and supporting systems (e.g. Payment processing, Student Refunds, General Ledger)
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $199,000
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
