Job Description

Capgemini is seeking experienced Scrum Master.

Required Skills:

  • Must Have 5-8 years of experience as Scrum Master on driving Data engineering requirements using Scrum principles and practices.

  • Hands on experience of using JIRA tool to setup Agile boards setup and maintain product backlog setup Sprint boards track daily progress JIRA dashboards and JQL for reporting Facilitate Scrum ceremonies like DSU Sprint planning Sprint review and retrospectives.

  • Facilitate product backlog grooming sessions and guides PO and team on estimation prioritisation of user stories.

  • Reporting of Agile metrics like Velocity Sprint Completion Defect Churn to key stakeholders etc.

  • Facilitates ART lead and RTE in drafting PI Plan driving pre-planning iterations facilitates PI planning events and reviewing final PI plan.

  • Monitors PI iterations and drives team to focus on delivering PI objectives.

  • Communicates and collaborates with ART and RTE to highlight key impediments.

  • Facilitates production deployment and tracking release cadence including warranty support.

  • Continuously strives to take feedback and motivates team to improve performance by fostering agile principles and practices.

  • Encourages CI/CD and automation leavers focus on quality of deliverables facilitates SoS to collaborate with other teams encourage adoption of automation. Teams skill evaluation and strives to improve the capabilities by proposing skill improvement plan Should have valid visa for US travel.

  • Good to Have Must be Certified SAFe Scrum Master or similar certification.
