As a Product Manager in the Gen-AI Co-Pilot Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

You will drive end-to-end integration planning for a critical enterprise-wide product impacting JPMC's entire employee base. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will serve as the product director's "right hand" and thought partner. You will design and implement robust operating models, engaging daily with all Co-pilot product and technology leads. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating and overseeing a strategic initiative from inception to completion, ensuring teams remain aligned and connected across diverse functions. This position is crucial to JPMC's strategic move into operationalizing GenAI, revolutionizing our operational landscape.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.

  • Take charge of high-impact strategic change initiatives and marketing products, collaborating seamlessly with Product, Technology, Lines of Businesses, and Corporate Functions to ensure alignment and success.

  • Provide rigorous governance and oversight of the strategic roadmap, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment, and deliver timely, transparent status updates.

  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.

  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.

  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

  • Gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements from Lines of Businesses, Corporate Functions, and firmwide stakeholders to ensure Co-pilot's GenAI efforts are aligned with enterprise goals.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product plans, crafting compelling supporting collateral and presentation documents that clearly communicate objectives and progress.

  • Transition between strategic planning and detailed execution, ensuring that both the big picture and intricate details are addressed effectively.

  • Work closely with Product and Technology teams to drive influence in solution design, defining the product roadmap and deliverables with clarity and authority.

  • Present the strategic roadmap and priorities with clarity and conviction to key stakeholders and senior management, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic or transformational change, or product development.

  • Exceptional ability to manage tight delivery timelines and juggle multiple deliverables under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Outstanding interpersonal leadership and influencing skills.

  • Proactive self-starter with a relentless drive to solve diverse problems.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.

  • Experience in data or a strong affinity for working with data.

  • Hands-on experience in GenAI or a deep passion for the subject.

  • Technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture is a significant advantage.

  • MBA and/or advanced degree from a top-tier program.
