US Tech Solutions Ops Specialist - Payment Proc. - Funds Transfer (JSY) in Jersey City, New Jersey

Candidate must have a Client Service type attitude, and be willing to learn

This role will start as a remote role and move into a hybrid schedule. This hybrid schedule is not defined for temps yet, but won't be more than 3 days a week in the office.

Possibility for extension and/or temp to perm

The Funds Transfer Product Processing Specialist is an entry level position responsible for processing various clients’ capstock, expenses and other cash transactions. In Addition, the specialist is responsible for cash clearing account reconciliations, cash breaks resolution, Collateral and Alts transactions. The position will also require monitoring group mailboxes, Callback authentication, and inquiry resolution.

  • Required Function 1: Client Servicing and Inquiry Response Accurately process clients cash transactions. These include Capstock, expenses, wires, book transfers, expects and FX.Process FT Compliance/ Blocked account transactions, Collateral transactions, and Alts Payment transactionsMeet all client deliverables in accordance with Funds Transfer procedures and controlsResearch and resolve all client cash inquiriesEnsure timely and accurate responses to internal and external clientsPromptly escalate all issues to managementAuthorize transactions via sender authorization and callback

Hours can rotate based on the week.
