Grow your career as a LoanIQ Project Analyst with an innovative global bank in Jersey City, NJ. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will be responsible for supporting multiple product owners with the gathering and assembling of various requirements and the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the supported programs. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in financial services or similar industry.

  • 3+ years of experience with Loan IQ.

  • Working knowledge of Loan IQ with experience booking and servicing bilateral loans, syndicated loans, traded deals and mapping data from one platform to another.

  • Background and/or exposure to platform transformation and related operational and financial impacts in detail.

  • Experience with Flexcube platform.

  • Experience managing multiple UAT efforts which are in flight, globally.

  • Agile methodology for program execution.

  • Experience using JIRA.

  • Technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and industry standard project management tools.

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills for presenting findings and provide overall program updates to senior leaders.

  • Proven track record in application implementation and system integration across multiple platforms.

  • Strong analysis and documentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to assess complex issues, structure potential solutions, and drive to resolution with operations staff and senior stakeholders.

  • Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget in a high-pressure environment.

  • Excellent senior-level communication skills to provide critical program updates.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and implement changes across Global Loan Operations necessary to transition the business to Loan IQ.

  • Leverage knowledge around the Loan IQ platform to strategically lead the Secondary Trading, Agency, Non-Agency & Bi-lateral teams forward in enablement.

  • Design & execute UAT strategy across the platform, including coordination of lower-level environments.

  • Work between Lending Operations and Technology teams to support enablement & conversion efforts.

  • Support peers in the gathering of requirements for enablement initiatives and the appropriate items are signed off on.

  • Prepare status reporting as needed to senior management on progress across all Loans Operations teams in moving trading capability from Flex to Loan IQ.
