JPMorgan Chase J.P. Morgan Wealth Management- Associate, Product- Portfolio Tools Area in Jersey City, New Jersey

The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has one trillion in Assets Under Management and 5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.

As a J.P. Morgan Wealth Management- Associate, Product- Portfolio Tools Area within the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Outsourced Family Office product team, you will work closely with technology teams to align technical requirements with product roadmap milestones. You will have the opportunity to lead technical testing efforts, create impactful communication materials, and focus on the creation and quality assurance of FO tools. This role allows you to promote the execution of prioritized initiatives in the roadmap, primarily focused on Platform capabilities. You will also refine Initiatives into Business Requirements that can be delivered within a Quarter and define detailed acceptance criteria that will produce working software by partner technology teams within a Sprint.

Job responsibilities

• Work closely with technology teams to ensure technical requirements are aligned to the product roadmap milestones

• Continuously monitor the technology backlog to ensure efficient delivery of product features

• Lead technical testing efforts

• Create impactful communication materials

• Focus on the creation and quality assurance of FO tools, enabling advisors to better serve their client

• Drive the execution of assigned prioritized initiatives in the roadmap, primarily focused on Platform capabilities

• Refine Initiatives into Business Requirements (Epics) that can be delivered within a Quarter.

• Define detailed acceptance criteria (Stories) that will produce working software by partner technology teams within a Sprint

• Partner with the area product owner to perform sprint planning and prioritization of the supporting scrum teams in order to align with roadmap priority and targeted planning

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Managing status' in Jira to ensure transparency, clarity, and timeliness

• Own accountability for requirements delivery from start-to-finish, including in-production performance

• Step in as-needed for issue triage and remediation to ensure consistent production quality

• Manage time and work-load effectively in order to support a healthy backlog of requirements.

• Attend and contribute to all scrum/agile ceremonies

• Demonstrate ownership of requirements through knowledge expertise, removal of barriers and synchronization with broader product team

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry

• Undergraduate degree
