Description We are in search of an HR Manager to join our team, based in Newark, New Jersey. The HR Manager will play a key role in our team, focusing on various aspects of human resources, including auditing, benefits, and compliance. Working within our team, the HR Manager will also utilize various software platforms, including ADP and Ceridian, to manage HR functions and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to manage HR functions

• Implement and manage an Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) system

• Use Ceridian software for HR management tasks

• Perform core HR duties, including personnel management and employee relations

• Use About Time software for various HR functions

• Conduct auditing tasks related to HR

• Manage benefit functions, ensuring employee benefits are handled properly

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate employee records. Requirements • Proven expertise in ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now

• Experienced in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Ceridian software

• Demonstrable knowledge in Core HR practices

• Ability to use About Time effectively

• Strong auditing skills

• Experience in managing benefit functions

• Deep understanding of compliance requirements in HR

• Efficient data entry skills
