JOB DESCRIPTION

Manager looking for a Team-oriented candidate with strong attention to detail

Review and complete Hedge Fund Documentation.

Manage client investments into Alternative Funds including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and real estate funds.

Organize and maintain client and fund company information (client profile, hedge fund subscription documents, PPMs, etc.)

Respond to internal and external client inquiries.

Contact Fund Companies to ensure external accounts are set up properly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or related industry experience preferred

Ability to work successfully with internal and external clients and service providers

Ability to work successfully in a team oriented environment

Superior organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Adobe Professional, Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and PowerPoint
