JPMorgan Chase & Co. has an opening for a Data Analytics role in Jersey City, NJ. LOCATION: 575 Washington Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ 07310.DUTIES: Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to define and drive product strategy, document user requirements, develop product roadmaps, perform resources and effort estimates, and measure progress. Drive the software development lifecycle (SDLC) following Agile practices. Define and deliver metrics, KPIs, deep analytics and data visualizations around the health of the Client Information Product, its usage and insights. Establish and report on key objectives, results and performance metrics to senior management. Increase organizational productivity, improve team efficiency, and decrease operational risk by commercializing self-service analytical tools and automating manual processes surrounding data quality assurance and management reporting. Support the development of business rules models as part of the Client Information Product initiative by analyzing user stories and developing testing and simulating models.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Any), Computer Science, Data Science, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Manager, IT Manager, Data Analyst, Consultant Analyst, or related occupation. Requires one year of experience in the following: working in Snowflake or Oracle. Requires any amount of experience in the following: building ETL pipelines using Alteryx or Python; creating data driven stories with Tableau; constructing SQL queries to perform complex data analytics requests; software development lifecycle including Agile practices, including defining user story maps, planning sprints, managing the backlog, documenting user stories in JIRA and Confluence, dependency management and performing UAT testing; designing and developing business process automation using Xceptor; developing current and future state business process maps in Visio or Signavio.
