Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Jersey City, New Jersey. In this role, you will offer guidance to clients regarding water leak detection solutions, manage customer inquiries, and ensure the efficient operation of our customer service function. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing advice to current and potential clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinating the installation of equipment.

• Utilizing multiple internal systems and applications to research and resolve customer inquiries and enhance their equipment utilization.

• Documenting interactions with customers and ensuring timely follow-ups as needed.

• Receiving training on product knowledge and frequently asked questions to enhance customer service delivery.

• Working effectively within a team environment, utilizing detail oriented interpersonal and communication skills.

• Adhering to corporate policies and internal business processes while meeting or exceeding service performance and quality standards.

• Demonstrating technical proficiency by seamlessly transitioning between different internal systems.

• Effectively handling multiple priorities within established time constraints. Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook

• Experience in handling customer service responsibilities

• Ability to conduct thorough research and compile comprehensive documentation

• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in training personnel and implementing procedures

• Knowledge of business process functions and understanding of corporate policy

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software and proficiency in using spreadsheets

• Ability to maintain quality and performance standards

• Knowledge of the product or service being offered

• Familiarity with Chubb corporate policy

• Ability to work onsite when required

• Experience in detection and exhibit tasks

• Strong understanding of the business unit they will be supporting

• Ability to counsel and provide guidance to customers when needed
