We are looking for a Recent Graduate degree engineer with Co-op/Internship experience in Manufacturing Equipment Design or Plants Layouts Development or Experience

• Will be Responsible for field checks and measurements of tooling, equipment, conveyance, and infrastructure for detailed locations and accuracy
• Work with Project Managers to review, evaluate, change and/or update work area, automation, equipment, and zone layouts
• Do field inspections, interference studies, as built, equipment updates
• Make field notes and hand drawings while in the field
• Use of AutoCAD 2D/3D to Design, Print, and distribute Plant Layout Drawings
• Knowledge of Navisworks or willing to learn the Software
• Attend an engineering meeting, create Reports and Charts using MSOffice
• Assist plant engineering with changes or improvements

• Must be able to work OT and Saturday and Sundays when Required

MECHANICAL CAD PROJECT SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• We are currently looking for a Plant Manufacturing Systems Design Specialist with experience in developing Plant Layouts and Tooling Design for Equipment Installation drawings such as Battery Manufacturing, or Vehicle Assembly, or Body Shop or Material Handling. Responsible for field checks and measurements of tooling, equipment, and infrastructure for detailed locations and accuracy
• Work with Project Managers to review, evaluate, change and/or update work area, automation, equipment, and zone layouts
• Do field inspections, interference studies, as built, equipment updates
• Make field notes and hand drawings while in the field
• Use of AutoCAD 2D/3D to Design, Print, and distribute Plant Layout Drawings
• Knowledge of Navisworks or willing to learn the Software
• Attend an engineering meeting, create Reports and Charts using MSOffice

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min 3 years of Design of Manufacturing Equipment and Plant Layouts.
• Experience working with Automotive OEMs Manufacturing Systems or Conveyance Systems is a Big Plus
• Min 3 years of reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints, including Mechanical Systems and Equipment Drawings
• Min 5 years of AutoCAD Design Experience in 2D/3D
• Knowledge of Navisworks is a Huge Plus
• Ability to work daily on-site at Jeffersonville, OH at the construction site during the equipment installation phase and be able to climb stairs, and mezzanines when required
• Must have good Communication skills and be able to work with engineers and PM's
• Must have a solid Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
• The Pay rate is Based on Experience
