Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Worker. The role involves stacking material, moving raw materials, placing foam onto appropriate areas, and loading finished products. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through the production process.

Responsibilities

• Stack materials and move them to the next area.

• Place foam onto appropriate areas for the next step in the process.

• Move raw materials as needed.

• Load finished products for shipment.

• Perform general production tasks including assembly, packaging, and order pulling.

• Monitor and inspect materials and products.

• Handle materials and manage warehouse inventory.

• Unload shipments and ensure accurate order picking.

Essential Skills

• Experience with production and assembly line operations is a plus.

• Understanding of how machinery functions is beneficial.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with general labor, packaging, shipping, and receiving processes.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.11/hr.
