Integration & Infrastructure Manager Role Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration & Infrastructure Manager to join the Global Warranty Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing activates supporting our major account programs, ensuring the smooth delivery of services, driving growth and profitability of the account.

This role is critical to driving the implementation of new projects and management of workstreams that will support the scalability of the Global Warranty Services business. Reporting directly to the Sr. Product Strategy & Operations Leader this individual will also collaborate closely with Account Management and internal cross-functional teams.

The role is directly responsible for daily activities supporting “business as usual” workflows as well as the end-to-end implementation of technical and operational projects for internal and external stakeholders. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on new projects and the expansion of existing programs. Provide clear and timely updates to and collaborate closely with Sr Director of Global Accounts to ensure Customer requirements are met.

In addition, collaborate with the Sr. Product Strategy & Operations Leader to prioritize, identify and implement efficient workstreams, processes and procedures for scalability.

This role will help create, monitor and continuously improve processes that ultimately enable the scalability of the Global Warranty Services business, ensuring growth goals are achieved, resulting in driving revenue and profit for AIG and our clients.

Description

  • Implement product(s), platform(s), system(s) and processes needed for long term success of the Global Accounts vision, supporting customer needs and growth.

  • Identify, action & execute on opportunities for continued efficiencies, supporting but not limited to: reporting capabilities, availability of data and trending analysis.

  • Provide timely updates on schedules to and from account management with internal cross-functional teams while managing internal milestones against client and internal stakeholder expectations.

  • Fully understand, document and internally communicate the entire workflow of projects supported.

  • Facilitate the transition of a deliverable to Account Management as needed upon the conclusion of an implementation and support training for the end-client (including, but not limited to: FAQs, training documentation, live trainings, etc).

  • Establish strong working relationships with the Global Accounts team, the Client, as well as our counterparts in other departments at AIG (claims, IT, finance, etc.), posturing self as trusted source of knowledge on process and procedures.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams including but not limited to: project management, operations, compliance, claims, legal, underwriting to articulate, document and manage all components of large implementations and projects to ensuring alignment with client and company objectives.

  • Throughout the implementation process, identify and drive efficiencies by observing, documenting and communicating recommendations to leadership.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, finance or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, with a focus on the Warranty space.

  • Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to lead internal and external calls, provide agendas, set meeting goals, and track all deliverables to completion.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective operational plans.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a large-scale organization.

  • Experience with technical tools leveraged in operations, IT and project management (i.e. Jira, SQL, Excel, etc).
