Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to engage in our team operating in Jefferson, Wisconsin. In this role, your primary focus will be on ensuring the precision of our inventory data, fulfilling data processing requirements, and extending administrative support to our team. This offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the entry of diverse data accurately into databases, including crucial supply and stock levels for inventory management.

• Guarantee data accuracy through checking and validation, ensuring entered data consistency, and rectifying any mismatched data.

• Manage numeric data entries using data tabulation techniques.

• Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure up-to-date and accurate product information.

• Regularly backup data to prevent loss and utilize data entry tools for handling large volumes of information.

• Assist in generating inventory reports, collaborating closely with the Inventory Manager and other team members.

• Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in the inventory data.

• Execute other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is necessary for efficient data entry

• Strong customer service abilities to interact with clients and team members

• Excellent data entry skills to ensure accurate and timely input of information

• Ability to effectively manage email correspondence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and spreadsheet management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Organizing files in a systematic manner for easy retrieval and reference

• Ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly

• Proficiency in scanning documents and images

• Excellent typing skills for quick and accurate data entry TalentMatch®
