About the Role

As a CBRE PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our client’s programs, responsibility for generating reporting and supporting overall milestone tracking for integrated cross functional projects / program within the portfolio or general business operations function.

This job is part of the Program Management function and provides backup support for real estate transaction activities, project buildout milestones and CMMS activities, as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supports cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal PMO process. Supports tracking of milestones and status to ensure all functions remain on schedule, that issues get escalated and resolved, and that the program is completed successfully.

  • Reviews the accuracy of information provided and generates regular reports by incorporating data from multiple sources.

  • Maintains and distributes routine PMO reports on the status of E2E projects. Must be able to provide appropriate levels of detail, and also be able to summarize complex issues succinctly.

  • Facilitates regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects (project pipeline). Collaborates with the core team to develop solutions and lead project through implementation and completion.

  • Manages internal and external relationships in support of program.

  • Supports development of PMO process/services to support client requests and needs.

  • Provides ongoing maintenance of document organization and templates.

  • Learns key systems and processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

  • Provides backup coverage for Program Management team including CMMS support.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

  • Ability and interest in operating in environments that have some ambiguity.

  • Experience with analyzing information and interest in solving problems collaboratively.

  • Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships.

  • Intermediate skills with Google Suite preferred.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the PMO Sr Analyst position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the PMO Sr Analyst position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
