You have a unique opportunity to help shape 29,000 CRM user experiences with improved processes, system enhancements, and optimized workflow to deliver strategic business value targets to ultimately improve the wellness journey of millions of consumer’s experiences. This role will support the evolution and execution of our SAFe Solution for our CRM Service application serving Medicare/Medicaid members, CenterWell Pharmacy mail order Rx customers, Specialty members, and Providers. In this role, you will act as a Business Architect as a liaison between our Product Management, Product Owners, Cloud Architect, and development teams standardizing and optimizing the application for more efficient flows, automation, and AI tools. This position will have the ability to solve opportunities today, improve system performance, identifying global measure and grow metrics, and defining where we are going tomorrow for relentless improvement.
The Lead, Technology Solutions acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Advises executives to develop functional strategies for servicing Medicare/Medicaid members, CenterWell Pharmacy mail order Rx customers, Specialty members, and Providers on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making as a thought leader on complex issues.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of CRM system integration experience
Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Possess 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
4 + years of CRM Systems, Integration, and Application experience
Experience in developing flow diagrams
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com ServiceCloud, HealthCloud, and Lightning
Master's degree
Salesforce Certifications
Cloud, Security, and/or SAFe Certifications
Working knowledge of Business Architecture
Experience in GenAI and PredictiveAI or Einstein/AgentForce AI
Experience in SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner roles
Experience in UI prototyping experience such as using Figma
Experience with SOAP/WSDL and REST APIs
Understanding of System Integration Testing, Load Testing, Performance Test, User Acceptance, Test Class coverage, Testing, and Salesforce.com Cloud Integration

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$117,600 - $161,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
