What We’re Looking For:
Strategic leader with 8+ years of proven experience as a General Manager in branded hotels or resorts.
Proficient in hotel operations , including rooms, food & beverage management, marketing, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Involved team player who thrives on hands-on engagement with teams to drive exceptional results.
Relevant educational background , such as a Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business, or equivalent experience.
Innovative thinker with a forward-focused, adaptable mindset, ready to navigate challenges and opportunities.
Tenured professional with a track record of stability and growth, reflecting sustained contributions to previous organizations.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
