Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner for Middle East Region

Location: Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Mission:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be a key player in a fast-growing International Business and who is genuinely excited about driving and effectively scaling our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional who is looking to learn, develop and grow in a truly international, diverse Team environment.

What You'll Do:

• Be part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in the Middle East, based in our beautiful Saudi offices, serving clients across KSA and the Middle East region.

• Manage the full Siemens talent acquisition portfolio for business clients in Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Pakistan, and Oman.

• Engage with potential candidates through various channels to fill open positions effectively.

• Search, pre-qualify, present, and guide candidates through the recruitment process, handling tasks in both Arabic and English.

• Assist in creating and maintaining diversified talent pipelines to meet our hiring needs.

• Advise management team on latest talent market trends and developments in the external job market.

• Contribute to projects related to employer branding and career event preparations.

• Gain experience working within industries such as Smart Infrastructure and Digital Industries.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or college is preferred.

• Proven recruitment experience with a strong interest in sourcing and recruitment.

• Saudi nationals with fluency in English and outstanding communication skills.

• High responsibility, perseverance, and a drive to identify top talent, contributing to team success.

• Familiarity with various recruiting applications and a keen interest in applying new sourcing channels or technologies.

• Enjoy working with a truly international organization, gaining experience across various countries and seeking opportunities for learning and growth.

• Embrace teamwork with a positive and collaborative attitude.

• You like to work in a fun, supportive, and dynamic work environment.
