ManTech Supply Supervisor in Jaworzyna Śląska, Poland

ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Supply Supervisor to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversees the efforts of less senior logistics staff and provide guidance to senior logistician staff.

  • Manage the requisition, receipt, storage, retrograde, and distribution of supplies and equipment.

  • Instruct, manage, and supervise personnel concerning supply systems policy and functional procedures.

  • Supervise the release strategy and recoverable program.

  • Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations.

  • Formulates policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Twenty-five (25) years of experience (OR) (20) years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree (OR) Twenty (22) years of experience and an Associate’s degree or Technical school degree (OR) Fifteen (15) years of experience and a MA/MS degree.

  • Must have a 920B - Supply Systems Technician MOS and Ex Warrant Officer rank (OR) Senior 92A50 and above and Ex Master Sergeant

  • Must be familiar with ITAR shipping requirements.

  • Must be familiar with AES fillings through the US State Department.

  • Must have familiarity with HAZMAT/Dangerous Goods Shipping regulations i.e. CFR 49, and IATA.

  • Experience in inventory and requisition supplies and maintaining stock of supplies and equipment.

  • Experience in recording, maintaining and initiating work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.

  • Experience packing, shipping, receiving, transportation of parts, items and equipment; warehouse and containerized storage management.

  • Experience in Release Strategy (Workflow).

  • Experience in operating material and handling equipment.

  • Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

  • Possession of a valid European or German driver's license is required (OR) the ability to obtain a valid driving license before beginning employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with military or commercial logistics supply system as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.

  • Knowledge of Federal shipping and logistic regulations.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.

  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.

  • Must be able to work in high noise areas.

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.

  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
