Overview:
Responsible for the pick-up and delivery of mail, equipment, and forms to satellite stations throughout Wisconsin.
Locations: Oshkosh, Kaukauna, Fond Du Lac, Menomonee Falls, Green Bay, Fitchburg, Milwaukee, Mount Pleasent, Janesville, Oak Creek and Elkhorn
History of the Company: Superior Ambulance Service started in 1959 with one ambulance and today is the largest independent, locally owned, and operated emergency medical services provider in the Midwest. Superior employs more than 2,500 licensed EMT, Paramedics and Nurses, operating a fleet of more than 500 ambulances throughout Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Superior also provides Critical Care, helicopter, and fixed wing emergency medical transportation.
Responsibilities
Possess computer skills with working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets Must have the ability to multi-task Have strong organizational skills Detail Oriented, electronically inclined and have product knowledge
Description of Position:
Pick up run forms and company mail from each station and return them to Elmhurst for processing. Shuttle material requests to satellite stations. Shuttle equipment to/from Elmhurst to/from satellite stations. Coordinate paycheck deliveries to each station.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Must have good physical mobility Detail Oriented, electronically inclined and have product knowledge Minimum of 1-2 years experience warehousing High School diploma or GED The candidate must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Healthcare experience a plus but not required Must be able to stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time Must be able to operate basic material handling devices
