Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple Dunkin' locations within the region
Ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and coaching
Recruit, train, and develop talented store managers and crew members
Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred - commensurate experience as multi unit supervisor or high volume restaurant management +2M may qualify
Previous experience in multi-unit management in the food & beverage industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Flexible availability to work 8 / 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, and on call as needed
