JOB REQUIREMENTS: SHINE Technologies is seeking a Project Scheduler II who will be responsible for collecting and analyzing information used to schedule complex, multidisciplinary construction, and major equipment installation projects. Duties and Responsibilities of the Project Scheduler II: Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collect, input, and analyze schedule information quickly and reliably Generate forecasts, variance reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects. Research and reports on various external and internal factors that may impact project success. Evaluates current processes and recommends changes to improve efficiency of scheduling of projects. Report schedule variances and concerns to project managers and the Director of Project Controls Attends and/or establishes department planning meetings with stakeholders throughout the company to build relationships and ensure proper schedule inputs Familiarize themselves with engineering, construction, and procurement processes in order to provide helpful inputs, feedback, and review of schedule durations and logic Proactively seek schedule and risk information that may impact the project timeline ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in scientific, construction or business field preferred 2+ years of prior project or construction scheduling experience. Experience in Primavera P6 required. Experience with non-routine projects highly preferred. Must have the ability to accurately communicate, investigate, problem solve and identify solutions Must have experience with standard planning and scheduling methodologies and tools.
