Assigned duties - verify processes are being completed, maintain flow of production and the maintenance of equipment maintaining proper working order. Responsibilities: Operation of multi-functional pouch filling, sealing, and transport equipment. Correct issues on the line to maintain production goals. Evaluate current processes to propose process improvements. Troubleshoot equipment as neccessary (monitoring and debugging). Solve techinical issues quickly to maintain producation levels in a fast paced work environment. Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance as required. Qulifications: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient use of Microsoft windows, and the ability to maneuver through multiple levels of and operator interface terminal. Proficient in PLC interface based equipment and operation. Ability to read machine drawings and electrical schematics. Mechanical aptitude to perform both routine PM and mechanical trouble shooting.
