Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, with a focus on data entry and general office support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases.

•Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.

•Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing them appropriately.

•Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and office events.

•Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

•Prepare and edit documents, reports, and spreadsheets as requested.

•Provide general office support, including coordinating with vendors and handling basic office tasks.

•Support other departments and team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

•Previous experience in an office administrative role preferred.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data entry software.

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

•Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (WPM).

•Excellent organizational and time management skills.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $22.50 per hour
