Job Title: Buyer Associate

Job Type: Full-Time; Consultant (12 months)

Location: Jamestown, ND 58401

Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25.63 per hour

Job Description

As a Buyer Associate, you will be responsible for managing all Requests for Quotations (RFQs), including drawings, specifications, and compliance documentation for various transitions and transfers. You will collaborate with team members across different regions, ensuring smooth coordination and communication. This role requires full on-site presence at our Jamestown location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all RFQ processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.

• Collaborate with team members across various regions to support transition and transfer projects.

• Work closely with the Jamestown team on-site to ensure seamless operations.

• Utilize SAP for procurement processes and data management.

• Ensure procurement activities adhere to industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related industry.

• Proficiency in SAP is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work across different time zones as needed.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Schedule

• Full-time position with hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Fully on-site requirement at the Jamestown, ND location.

Pay Details: $25.63 per hour
