ManpowerGroup Oracle Financial Technical Lead/Programmer in Jamesburg, New Jersey

Our client, a leader in the financial industry, is seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Technical Lead/Programmer to join their Finance team. This role involves designing and implementing advanced ERP financial solutions while supporting multiple business units. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven ability to lead development teams, manage projects, and oversee user testing. Job Title: Oracle Financial Technical Lead/Programmer

Location: Jamesburg, NJ - Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Pay Range: $80 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Financial systems and solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Research and recommend innovative solutions to enhance financial operations and efficiency.

  • Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems architecture and technical processes.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive experience in ERP Financials , including Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit Collections, Revenue Recognition, Taxation , and General Ledger .

  • Accounting expertise , particularly in Revenue, Cost , and Deferral processes .

  • Familiarity with ERP system processes , especially in Finance and Supply Chain Logistics (preferred).

  • High proficiency in Excel, Word , and PowerPoint , with advanced skills in SQL and PL/SQL .

  • A solid accounting foundation to interpret reports and understand business processes.
