CACI is seeking a Risk Manager for the US Air Force Cloud One Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration contract. This role will be crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with cloud migration and modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, particularly in cloud and IT environments, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies across complex projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy for the cloud migration program.
Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across all aspects of the cloud migration and modernization efforts.
Create and maintain a risk register, ensuring it's regularly updated and communicated to stakeholders.
Develop risk mitigation plans and oversee their implementation.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management practices into project planning and execution.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
Provide risk management training and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Develop and present risk reports to senior leadership and government clients.
Monitor emerging risks in cloud technologies and government regulations.
Coordinate with security teams to address cybersecurity risks in cloud environments.
Required Qualifications:
An active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in IT or cloud environments.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their associated risks.
Experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies.
Familiarity with government contracting and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex risk concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience with risk management tools and software.
Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Certifications in risk management (e.g., CRISC, PRM) or project management (PMP).
Experience with cloud-specific risk management and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with DoD or federal government risk management processes.
Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management practices.
Experience with data analytics for risk assessment and prediction.
Understanding of DevSecOps practices and their impact on risk management.
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in risk management.
Experience in change management and organizational transformation.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
