Are you passionate about optimizing supply chain processes to enhance business performance? As a Supply Chain Business Partner , you will drive customer service excellence, cost optimization, and decision-making insights. Leading IBP cycles, product launches, and forecasting processes, you’ll connect supply chain objectives to business goals, boosting organizational performance.

This role involves proactive risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and promoting best practices to maximize top-line and bottom-line results.

Main responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

Lead IBP processes to meet sales and profitability targets.

• Improve forecasting processes and provide trend analyses.

• Collaborate with logistics and regional teams for efficient demand planning and product delivery.

• Manage supply risks and regulatory activities, including product launches and site transfers.

Distribution Management

• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Monitor trade stock levels and enhance lead times.

Compliance

• Ensure contracts and activities meet legal, ethical, and company standards.

• Regularly update SOPs to maintain organizational compliance.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

• Promote a safe workplace culture at warehouses and distribution centers.

About you

• 8+ years in pharma or FMCG supply chain management.

• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.

• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and cost performance management.

• Proficiency in SAP and supply chain tools; APICS certification is a plus.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
