Description and Requirements
Indonesia Short/Long term Planning and Operations Associate
Scope: Manage the Short- & Long-term planning operation for Motorola Indonesia selected key accounts, doing the detailed interface between Sales Go to Market organization with Motorola/Lenovo Regional Supply Chain organization. Coordination of the operation execution that includes monitoring of the order booking, transceiver production and units packing and delivery. The focus of the job is to ensure a best-in-class operation to increase customer satisfaction and support Motorola/Lenovo leadership in market share in Indonesia.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the Indonesia specific key account demand process that includes to plan the short-term demand (0-6 Months) and long term demand (6-12 months). Ensure the demand is appropriated to achieve Motorola targets of units, revenue, and gross margin for Indonesia. Manage cuts and bets in the demand as appropriate.
Support the Indonesia Business Operations Director and General Manager in all the planning, operations, execution for his key account to ensure Motorola leadership in the region.
Coordination of the SOP - Sales Operation Process with his Key Accounts teams
Interface with Global planning organizations to ensure Indonesia demand is fulfilled with the appropriate requirements and in the right timing.
Do the interface with the Key Accounts Directors and Operations Managers in all the activities related with Planning and Operations.
Manage all the execution process of his key account that includes all processes related with receive purchase orders from customers, execution in Motorola Supply Chain, delivery the products to customers, administration of all the issues and manage all the reports to control this operation.
Manage all the communication and interface with his Customers, Sales Key Account and Supply chain in terms of order management and execution. Be the interface point between Sales and Supply chain organizations.
Ensure high delivery performance to all our customer to ensure high customer satisfaction and success of total operations.
Create / manage all the necessary report to have control of all the steps and processes related with planning and execution.
Manage all type the issues related with Planning and execution of the operation.
Ensure continue processes improvements to best operate and improve Customers Satisfaction. Coordination of projects of process improvements
Requirements:
Education: Business Administration or Engineering. BS or BA degree. MBA or further specialization recommended.
Languages: Fluent in English.
Specific: Telecom business knowledge, market knowledge, supply chain knowledge, capacity to work with numbers and reports,
Experience:
Experience of working in multinational companies
Previous experience related with Customer relationship, supply chain and planning activities.
Experience in Telecom industry is highly recommended but not mandatory.
At least 3 years experience in the subjects above post masters.
Personal: Strong initiative to push organization for execution, flexibility, strong initiative, teamwork and team leadership, communication, focus on numbers and details, focus on problem resolution and execution of projects and process improvements.
