We are looking for a Food and Beverage Senior Sales Engineer to promote and drive the growth of Danfoss VSD Business in the Food and Beverage industry

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Identify and pursue business opportunities within the Food and Beverage industry

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue targets, while building a solid pipeline of leads.

• Maintain and grow existing partners and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership success.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of DPD products and solutions offered by the company, understanding how they benefit food and beverage operations.

• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.

• Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

• Be a Team Player and work towards achieving country objectives and goals

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechatronics / automation engineering

• 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on the Food and Beverage industry.

• Strong understanding of automation and drives technologies and their applications in the Food and Beverage industry

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
