The Vendor Program Management job manages experienced professionals and develops and implements the organization's vendor program office framework, reporting, and governance structure to ensure all program-related components align with company objective and adhere to relevant regulations. This job provides strategy and direction for the design of program processes across multiple functions and with other teams. This job champions the organization's vendor program office throughout the organization and works with all levels of management to ensure adherence to program requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Drives a culture of vendor risk management within the first line business units.

  • Adapts enterprise risk standards to the program framework, reporting, and monitoring.

  • Develops and implements vendor management policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines and regulations.

  • Develops and manages the vendor management program framework, training, tools, and systems to ensure and promote program compliance.

  • Drives and develops ongoing process improvement to deliver increasing operational efficiency to the organization.

  • Manages strategic projects supporting program enhancements, process improvements, and other functions.

  • Advises executive management on vendor program management issues based on reporting of program metrics and key risk indicators.

  • Manages the performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure the delivery of exceptional services and the engagement, motivation, and development of the team.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

This position is Hybrid. Hybrid work is a minimum of four days per week with one flexible day for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Vendor Program Management and Third-party risk experience

  • Tenured experience managing a third-party risk management team

  • Experience managing, implementing and assessing an end-to-end third-party risk life cycle

  • Experience working within the financial services industry or an industry that is heavily regulated

  • Strong communication skills and detail-oriented

Pay Range $120,600 to $163,200
