Summary You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the HOUSING PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE (N93) of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS. GS-11: Pay Range: $72,553- $94,317 GS-09: Pay Range: $59,966- $77,955 Responsibilities You will serve as a Training Specialist supporting the Commander, Navy Installations Command Housing training program enterprise-wide. You will participate in recruiting, training, coaching, providing guidance, and certifying virtual producers, and facilitators. You will provide administrative and training implementation support. You will establish users in the system, train users, manage all associated user information, work with vendors, and provide data and reporting on the Learning Platform and its use/administration. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Identifying, designing, and revising/developing course content for face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid delivery methods, including all instructional materials. (2) Applying skill in the use of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), desktop publishing applications (such as Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro) and other common virtual course authoring tool (such as Articulate Storyline). (3) Designing high-quality interactive e-learning, virtual instructor led training, classroom training, job aids, and/or other performance improvement solutions for adult students. AND (4) Developing and delivering presentations and/or training. NOTE: All experience must be fully demonstrated in your resume to be considered for the position. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1). Provide information to supervisor and/or subject matter experts to identify, design, and revise or develop course content for face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid delivery methods, including instructional materials 2). Utilizing Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), desktop publishing applications, such as Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro, and/or other common virtual course authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline; 3). Plan and rapidly develop high-quality interactive e-learning, virtual instructor led training, classroom training, job aids, and/or other performance improvement solutions for adult students. 4). OR Have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled. OR Have a combination of experience and education that equates to one year of experience.
