Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Systems Administrator role based in Jacksonville, Florida. This role focuses on hardware provisioning, onboarding, and system support for multiple devices and users. As part of our tech team, you will be involved in a variety of tasks ranging from monitoring ticket queues to hardware repairs, including remote support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are set up with the necessary hardware and software.

• Manage hardware provisioning, including the setup and maintenance of laptops with docking stations, desktops with multiple monitors, and mobile devices.

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware as necessary, which may include physical handling of equipment.

• Provide both physical and remote support

• Monitor and respond to the ticket queue in a timely and efficient manner, addressing all user hardware and software issues.

• Multitask and adapt to changing priorities as they arise, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively.

• Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with all staff, from IT executives to mailroom personnel.

• Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing, ensuring all user issues are tracked and resolved.

• Provide support for MS Windows 10, Active Directory, MS Office 365, and Mobile Device Support.

• Ensure all systems and devices are functioning optimally, performing regular checks and maintenance as needed.

Requirements • Demonstrable proficiency in MS Windows 10

• Profound knowledge of Active Directory

• Strong experience with MS Office 365

• Ability to provide Mobile Device Support

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Prior experience as a Systems Administrator is desirable

• Relevant certifications would be advantageous

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
