Description
Job Title: ERP Systems Administrator
Required Business Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Accounting Practices: In-depth knowledge of industry-standard practices in Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing).
CRM Management: Proficiency in CRM Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, Territory Management, and Quotas).
Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Experience in Inventory & Supply Chain Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) and Support (Case Management).
IT Change Management: Familiarity with Supply Chain Management and General IT Change Management processes.
Additional Business Practices: Exposure to other business practices such as Expense Tracking, Multi-currency, Commissions, Returns, Team Selling, E-commerce, Shopping Carts, and Website Layout.
ERP Systems: Experience with NetSuite ERP system software
SaaS Environment: Experience with software in a (SaaS) environment, particularly in financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
Technical and Business Balance: Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen, transforming end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, capable of building relationships both externally and internally.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Business Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Business Experience: Experience in B2B, Supply Chain, and Financials.
Database and SQL: Two to five years of experience with relational databases, SQL development, data integration, and analysis.
System Implementation: Experience in system implementation and system integration.
